According to the official site of NDA, the age criteria for NDA-2(As two papers happens in a year) 2021, is that if a student is born in between 2nd January 2002 to 1st January 2006, i.e whose age falls between 16.5 to 19.5 years can apply for it and sit in the examination.

As you can see your date of birth falls in the eligible range, so yes, you will be able to sit in NDA-2 this year(2021).
