Punjab Engineering College is one of the top colleges in Punjab so the cutoff for this college is pretty high. With your rank, it will be hard to get a seat in the main branches in the college. You might get Production Technology or Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, admissions in the main branches stop at rank around 25,000 for OBC Category.
