My first recommendation to you for a college would be Shiv Nadar University, Ghaziabad which is a almost the best option you will get at that rank. The university is relatively new, so hasn't reached its full peak of recognition and therefore is kind of a underdog. Since, the owner of the University is CEO of HCL, the placements are really something to look forward to.
