IAS Exam Age Limit - 21 to 32 years (As per the Civil Services Age Limit, the candidate Should be between 21 and 32 years, as on 1st August 2022 (for the UPSC CSE 2021), i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1990 and not later than 1st August 2001).
Age Relaxation - The candidates must have attained 21 years of age and be less than 32 years of age as of 1st August 2023 (The official notification will carry UPSC Age Limit 2022 details. The official notification will carry the details about the age for UPSC exam 2023).
Educational Qualification for IAS - Graduation
Nationality - Indian citizens only

With your date of birth, you will be eligible for UPSC 2023.
Because of this, To be eligible, you must be at least 21 years old on the 1st August of the year in which you intend to appear for the UPSC examination, i.e. on 1st August 2023 for UPSC 2023, and you meet this requirement because your date of birth is on 10th July 2002, and you will be 21 years old on 10th July 2023, i.e. before 1st August 2023, and thus eligible.

There are three stages to the UPSC civil services test.
Prelims test: It is an objective paper with a qualifying nature, therefore you only need to pass it to be qualified for the mains exam. The score/marks you receive in the prelims exam are not totalled up or included in your final merit. There are two papers in your preliminary exam: -
Each paper has a time limit of two hours.
The mains examination is a descriptive/written exam. There are nine papers in total, which are mentioned below: -

The mandatory indian language and the English language are qualifying in nature. All you have to do now is qualify them. You will not be considered for the merit list based on your performance in these two papers.
Interview: After passing the mains, you must go through an interview round, which is more of a personality exam than a knowledge test.
