Yes, you would be eligible for NEET 2021 as the candidate should have completed age is 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.

And mind it, there has been confusion about maximum age limit but according to notice dated 29.11.2018, the upper age limit has been removed for year 2019.
