Sir my neet score is 460 with air 76322 from obc .I am up domicile .should I join coaching for 2020 neet or take part in counseling.

Hey, as you have already mentioned your score here that is 460 in addition to the information that you belong to OBC category and own a UP domicile, I would say please register yourself for counseling first as soon as possible and wait till mop up round. If you're not satisfied with the results the counseling is done I would sugged you too go for coaching if you're determined to be a doctor.
As per your query I would like to tell you that last year least marks to secure a seat was 429 marks from your category under state quota. According to that you have fair chances of getting a seat. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.as per your marks you should participate in counseling.
