With this all India rank it may be difficult for you to get into all India quota. So, I suggest you wait for the state counseling as you might get in a government medical or dental college depending on your state cutoffs.

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I believe you are a general category student
At this rank you will not ne able to get any all I dia level seat in mbbs or even bds .I would advise you to try for bds at state level .But if you want you can go for all india counseling ,there isn't any harm in that only that your chances are nil.
