I guess you mean to say your expected score was 382 but you got 181 marks after the results were out. I understand your feeling when results turn so much unexpected. However, nothing can be done now. There is no way you can apply for revaluation. NTA had opened the window for challenging of OMR sheets responses from 5th to 7th of October only during which challenging of key answers and OMR responses would be entertained.
As of now, you can attend the NEET counselling as you have qualified NEET. You have not mentioned your category, however, with 181 marks it is highly difficult to get a medical or BAMS or BDS seat. You can however, try for management seat in private colleges if you wish to. The college predictor tool given below can help you predict if there is any possibility of getting a college:
