Sir my Obc rank in uptu 1302. I want electrical engineering branch in iet. This branch placement good or not

Hello,
you can apply for Electrical engineering and you will get EEE branch for sure as your rank is so low. You can apply for CSE or ECE branch also as you are eligibile for it.
the placement is good enough for the college and if you have skills enough then you will get placed for sure.
