No, there is not a single chance that you can get any NIT or IIIT or you also may not able to clear the cutoff for the JEE advance. So it will be more better you you participate in your state level counselling, there might will get you some seat in some random government college. And if you want to get good college then take direct admission in some private colleges like Amity, Sharda, LPU, Chandigarh UNiversity. Galgotias, AKTU, SRM, etc.
Or you can try one more year to increase your percentile, remember that you need more than 96 percentile to get any NIT or IIIT.
