Final merit list be prepared on the basis of Entrance Test: 50% + Qualifying Examination (+2): 50% + other admissible weightage. Going by this formula I think you do have fair chance of getting a seat in PU as there are 360 seats (BALLB 240 +120 BCom LLB) and out of that 5% are reserved for OBC candidates. I hope it helps!
