For IIT Bombay- An AIR of less than 60 will do for securing a call to MTech Biomedical engineering programme.Then it depends on your interview and written test performance.
For IIT Kanpur-You need to be within AIR 200 for the call to the BSBE programme.Once again the final admission is based on written test and two rounds of interview.
For IIT Roorkee-You need to be within 400 AIR to fetch a call.Final admission is based on Written Test +interview.
For IIT Kharagpur-Need to be within AIR 70 for the MTech programme in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering.Again Final call is based on weightage to GATE score +interview(70:30).
For IIT Guwahati-An AIR of 150 can realistically convert the call provided written test goes well.
For IIT Madras-For the MS programme,an AIR of 500 will be good enough for initial shortlist.Final call is purely written and interview based.
For IIT Delhi-same as IIT Bombay.
