See for getting admissioned in the IIT u first of all have to clear the JEE ADVANCED exam for that. Since u haven't given that yet it is impossible to say any thing about that. With the score or rank of JEE MAINS u cannot take admission in the IITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses.
