You can apply JOSAA counselling but it will be very unlikely to secure Top's colleges like GFTI's, IIIT's, However, you might still have a chance at some lesser-known or newer institutions.

You can apply for state quota counselling there are many GFTI's and top private colleges which you can get admission, just check the eligibility criteria of specific colleges.
