Based on your rank you can get a government College. You have great chance to get a good College. You can get admission in Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University easily. You can get admission in branch . If your choice is CSE/IT you can get chance in these also. And you can even get chance in core branch.

As your  general rank is 10053  and bcgl rank is 389, you may have rare chance in IET, KNIT because of your bcgl rank but there is  less chance in CSE/IT  in these Colleges. If you are interested in core branch like Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering etc.  you have rare chance  to get these Colleges .
