sir now I have completed 10 the class I want to study ias but my parents are saying you study doctor I have interested in both what I have to do for better future

Doctor and IAS both are phenomenal career options and we can't compare them because both career options are tremendous in their own way.
As you have mentioned you want to be an IAS officer so do as per your interest.
Tell your mom and dad why you want to be an IAS officer.
And if you are confused between both the options think the pros and cons,where your interest lies,which career excites you more etc.
And if you want to do both you can also give UPSC CSE after completing your MBBS degree.
