Sir, What happens if I upload my old declaration means without dateof birth. Will it get rejected?

IF the official notification for the Declaration needs the DOB then not providing it may lead you to rejection. I would recommend you to contact the competent authority in order to get sure about it and if there is any procedure you may save your application from getting cancelled.
