sir, when I shall admit in bed regular and MSC in distance simultaneously,how I submit migration certificate to both University simultaneously??plse help me.

Hi,
Well as far as admission is concerned then if both the places require you to submit migration certificate then I don't think you will be able to apply to both the places simultaneously because migration certificate can't be submitted simultaneously to two places. And more than that one is bachelor degree course and other is master degree course. How can that happen together where you are doing both bachelor and master together.
