sir/mam i am studying mba 1st year. attendance is mandatory in our college . recently i got a job and during interview i said i am not pursuing any studies.but next month we have external exams can i ask for leaves for 1 week?? and plz suggest if a day shift or nighht shift job is best ??

Hello aspirant,
You can take leave for exams. But they may not give one week leave you have to adjust with the situation. Atleast try to get leave on the day of exam. Now a days rotational shift jobs are trending. In this pandemic most of the employees are doing Work From Home. So shift doesn't matter much in this case. If it is work from office job then day shift is preferred but for night shift many companies are providing cab facilities so need not worry.

If you have not joined the job then why do you need leaves. Will your exams starts after your Joining date ? But will the company gives one week leave as soon as you join in the company once think.
