Hi, as you have paid tuition fee in the first allotted college your seat is fixed there. If you have not paid your tuition fees then you are eligible for second allotment. If you don't receive a college in second round then by default your first college will be applicable. But if you get a college in second allotment then your first seat will be gone. Make sure if you have paid the tuition fees or registration fees as paying tuition fees indicates that you already have admission and you will not get any college in second allotment.
