As of now its tough to say if you can fetch a seat because the cutoff changes every year with college.but based on previous year analysis your rank and category wecan find you possibilities into colleges.you have really tough or no chances to fetch a seat in JNTU kakinada.last year cutoff for cse in jntu kakinada is 11993 and for ece is13750.so you have tough chances or no chances .but you have chances to other branches of the same college.to get a list of what all chances you have for your rank of colleges check:
