As per your requirement for a free seat you can get it by the TFWS(tuition fee waiver scheme). Every college has 5% seats reserved for TFWS and it will cost only 15k-20k . To be eligible for TFWS the criteria is to have the annual income less than 6 lakhs,authorised income certificate and rank should be within the closing rank of that particular college under TFWS category.
