sir,I got 88.03 percentile in JEE mains in general category and 89.2 percent in 12th can I get MIT Pune

Hello,

Based on your percentile of 88.03 in JEE Mains, your rank is between 1 lakh 31 thousand to 1 lakh 74 thousand.

Based on previous years data here are the cutoff percentiles for MIT Pune in the different streams:

  • Mechanical : Mit-97.99
  • Comp.science: Mit-97.5
  • Entc : Mit-94
  • IT : Mit-93.4

You need to score at least 150 and above in JEE Mains to contest for a seat in MIT. That too, your branch of choice will hold the key to entry. Since 50% weightage is given to state board scores, your scores should be good there as well.
