sir....if i do not freeze in the first round and fail to get a seat in colleges higher up in the list ...what will happen ?

If you have not opted for the freeze option , you need not worry. Once you have been allotted a particular college in a round for the subsequent rounds either you will get a college higher on your priority/ choice filling list ( incase your rank permits) or else you will get the same college.
