Yes, you can do that. You have select your mode of exam as Hindi in your answer sheet and in application form. Although the paper is in English.

Yes, you can write your answers in Hindi while taking the JNU entrance test. You have to specify it in your answer sheet and also in the application form, if options for medium is provided. The question paper will be in English.
