Sir/ma'am i got 232 marks in uptu with 24500 general rank and 7300 OBC category rank please suggest me best govt. or best private colleges ?

I would suggest don’t go for UPTU (or GBTU or MMTU whatever the name is) . Even if you get any so called good college it will still be UPTU. The syllabus, university management and placement record all are too bad to consider.
Some other universities like Galgotia SRM VTU Amity are preferable. Look for top ranking private universities and apply.
