Rajani,
CSE or Computer Science Engineering is completely related to Computer Science. Though you've to study several subjects of electronics there like Basic Electronics, Digital Electronics System, Principle of Digital Communication etc, but most of the subjects there are coding and algorithm related like Design and Analysis of Algorithm, Automata, Data Structure, Web Technology, OS, Compiler Design etc.
And in E & CS i.e. Electronics and Computer Science Engineering, you've to study electronics and side by side, several topics of CS will be there like Design and Analysis of Algorithm, Data Structure, Web Technology.
There is nothing like opportunities for software. If you're going for CSE, you should gain a huge knowledge about Algorithms, a bit coding skills and deep knowledge about your subjects. On the other hand, if you're going for E & CS, you'll gain knowledge about circuits and it's components, programming language like Arduino, MATLAB, VHDL, Verilog, and also several languages for CS like C, C++, Java, GO, R, Ruby on Rails depending upon your syllabus.
In the future both subject has a great market. For E & CS a great opportunity of choosing IOT will be there, and for CS you can go for any Research and Development kind of job.
Hope this'll help you.
