Sir/madam, I have the past OBC certificate but issued the April 1 2019 .I have to attend the certificate verification but any choice for OBC

If your caste certificate is expired then it won't be valid to attend documents verification you need to apply new certificate
And coming to your query by passes your obc certificate there is a chance or priority then oc category to get admission in preferred college according to cutoff rank and to get scholarship if your income below 1Lakh
