It is very difficult to get a seat in medical colleges of Karnataka with this rank because According to previous year's data  the closing was 104690 with cutoff marks of 368 for admission into ESI Post graduate institute of medical sciences and research , Bangalore. So , this rank has much difference with your rank. Rest , the cutoff changes every year depending on no. of candidates , difficulty level of exam , no. of seats , etc.
