If you want to do M.Sc in Botany it is totally fine. You can also go for other lines such as biotechnology, plant genetics, plant physiology, etc.

You should also note that changing the honors subject is okay but some colleges may not take up students from other honors subject. Do your research and then apply for the courses mentioned.
