Sir/mam I got 4238 rank in telangana state rank list...will I get A category seat in private colleges under state quota?

You can try for that but your state rank is somewhat high so the chances are not much. But you can try for that. Hopefully you will get a seat. The chances are not much but the cutoff do avries every year. So you can try. To predict the colleges which you can get use the link provided.
