Thanks for this information mam/sir but I want to know that how I can utilize my time nowdays for achiveing my goal...since I have given 10 th board exam..

You can utilize your time by developing Reading habits of English News paper specially The Hindu one of the most trusted and recommend newspaper for the aspirants of UPSC
And daily try to have a look on debate sessions on the channels specially given in Newspaper and on NDTV news channel....and try to analyze them
Start reading current affairs
These things will definitely help you a lot as a IAS aspirant later during your preparation.
