according to the previous year cut off, there are five medical colleges in Rajasthan which had cut off score below 442 (441-439) but very close to your score and you would be aware that each year cut off fluctuates and this year it has been predicted that the cut off may increase by 25 marks so according to that, you have tough chance to secure a govt medical seat in rajasthan via state quota st category. i am adding the link for you to verify as well.

going to all india quota st category in other states, 401 (jharkhand), 373 (manipur), 400 (mizoram), 400 (odisha), 401 (maharashtra) these are the cut off score at which one of the college gave medical seat to a student and there are plenty more colleges in other states as well which has cut off between 400-440. i am adding the link below for you to check and decide. since your rank is pretty high hence you may face difficulty in getting government medical college but you have a fair chance to secure government dental seat.
