We understand your concerns. However, the organizing authority of TS PGECET 2019,this year is Osamnia University,which is going to conduct Counselling in two separate rounds of counselling, the first will be for GATE/GPAT 2019 qualified students and another will be for Ts pgecet 2019 qualifiers. THe counselling was expected to start in the third week of this month, and the exact dates are not known. You must stay updated on the official website for any information.

For your kind information, till now the Telangana State Post Engineering Common Entrance counseling dates have not been released by the conducting body of exam Osmania University. As, per the previous year counseling dates, the counseling was started on date 17 July 2018, so, soon by this week or next week they'll announce the counseling dates.
