Dear Aspirant,
I think IGNOU is better option… IGNOU's study material is great… All you have to do is study fromt the study material provided by IGNOU only… you don't need to worry about the guide there… lecturers at IGNOU give you proper advice regarding your course… And you can get 30% marks on the basis of Assignments…
According to me SoLstudy materials is inferior to that of IGNOU
