Solution : $\left(1+\frac{5}{6}+\frac{7}{8}+\frac{11}{12}\right) \div\left(\frac{3}{4}-\frac{5}{8}\right)$
= $(\frac{96}{96} + \frac{80}{96} + \frac{84}{96} + \frac{88}{96}) \div(\frac{6}{8} - \frac{5}{8})$
= $(\frac{348}{96} ) \div( \frac{1}{8})$
= $(\frac{29}{8}) \times 8$
= 29
Hence, the correct answer is 29.
