Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), established in 1972 is the first Technological University in the country.B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering in JNTUH College of Engineering was started in 2014.

The curriculum gets revised in every 2 years to keep updated. Around 70-80 companies visit the campus and the average package is around 3-4 lpa. Most of the placement is in Software industry. The infrastructure and transportation facilities are awesome. The Wi-Fi enabled campus has library, e-libraries and a centralised 24/7 computer centre. Laboratories are well-equipped. Campus life is very good. Unlike other colleges, JNTU Hyderabad organises departmental fests instead of a college fest.

Faculty: The faculties are also very helpful and are highly educated. They encourage students towards studies and research works.

Infrastructure: Infra is also good and is improving every year. They have several labs like fluid mechanics , process control and simulation, etc.
