Hey Ashoke! When the regular round of counselling are unable to fill the the seats in the institutions, then that institute organize the physical counselling or spot counselling. In this counselling the people are called according to their rank irrespective of any kind of reservation. Seats left in spot counselling completely depends upon the institute as in this candidates doesn't fill the choice filling online, they are called to the institute to take their desired seat.
