The stray vacancy seats are only of the Deemed & Central Universities. There will be no Fresh Registration. The candidate who joined the allotted seat in Round II of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities or alloted a seat in Mop Up Round of DGHS will not be eligible to apply.
