You just need to follow the steps mentioned below to change your IGNOU Study center online:-

1. Go to the link mentioned below to visit directly on IGNOU official page study center change.(https://admission.ignou.ac.in/ChangeAdmData/)
2. You need to sign in to your ignou account by providing your User ID and Password.
3. After sign in you will find links to change of address, name, study center, And Medium etc.
4. After clicking you need to pay a nominal fee mentioned there online.
5. After submission, Take a printout of receipt for future reference.

For ofline.

Application form for change of study center of IGNOU is available on the official site of IGNOU or you can collect the form from any regional center of IGNOU. The study center change form will be issued in PDF format. The students can apply the form and send to the IGNOU by postal address or send through online. The students should be requested to take the hard copy of IGNOU study center change form for their future reference. The students have to provide their current regional center and study center details, code and requested study center details in the application form.
