Hi Abhishek,
See first read theory as much as u can to get more insight about the subject prefer NCERT books as they are the best for grabbing your basics once u have grip on your basic u can do any numericals keep one thing each book is best book but u must know how to follow a book go for one index to end of box solving each question coming across.
Then go for trying numericals
For physics try arihant physics mcq by dc pandey for neet.
Remember 80% questions are same in all books
So instead of cramming numericals try getting an idea basic idea behind every question
