Suppose after CLAT counselling round 1, if one deposits admission fee to the alotted NLU and opt for upgrade and later exit from the counselling. Whether he will get the admission fee refunded ?

Hello,
As per your question asked, had you been not allotted a seat at all and decided to exit then 100% of your money paid would be refundable. However, in case you had been allotted seat in any round and you secured/ temporarily blocked your seat by paying a fee and later went for upgrade and then finally exited, in this case a certain amount would be deducted and paid back to you as decided by the rules and regulations for the counselling.
