Yes, you are eligible for appearing in CAT, also if you crack the selection process then you can definitely get Admission into IIMs as you are a final year student.
Basic eligibility for cat is either the student must be graduated or should be in final year of graduation and as you are a final year student, you are eligible for taking Admission in MBA for session 2021-2023.
For taking Admission into this session, you need to appear in CAT in November 2020.
