supreme court said that re exam for students who haven't written exam on September 13 ... I haven't written that exam so... what should I do... now... how will I get hall ticket and other required queris...( centre)

Hello aspirant! It is indeed true that Supreme Court has permitted for a second phase NEET exam for those who haven't attempted the first, but it is based on two conditions:

  1. You were unable to attend the first because you were a COVID-19 infected person.
  2. You were unable to attend the exam because you lived in an COVID-19 CONTAINMENT zone.

AS of now, NTA has announced October 14,2020 as the date of phase 2 of NEET 2020. The detailed process of registration and the details on the exam centers will be announced soon on the official website of NTA and NTA NEET.
