Taking a drop one year for jee mains and advanced is suggestible.Will it affect my future chances to become an IAS OFFICER.Mine is OC caste.

It is totally fine to take a year drop for JEE , most of the people do that, it provides an year to focus specifically on the JEE. And as far as chances of you preparing for UPSC, it won't have any effect on that. One attempt less won't be problem, you will still have many attempts to crack UPSC. All the best!
