Hello candidate,
First of all I want to clarify that JEE advanced is not a intermediate course or degree but it is rather an entrance examination which entitles a student to get admission into to the Indian Institute of Technology colleges.
Moreover if you want to become an IAS officer then the eligibility criteria for applying in the UPSC examination is quite simple because it accepts application from candidates having pass their graduation or diploma course in either of the subjects from a valid university or college.
Hope you found it helpful. If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!
