Public Service Examinations (PSEs) are highly competitive in India. So if you are choosing your graduation subject keeping your eye on PSEs, you are taking a great risk. The chances of failure at any public service exam is very very high. So I advocate you to specialize in the field that you like the most. It could be BA or BSc or BTech or some other subject

BITSAT exam is going to be organized at various states of India as well in Dubai. Candidates can give their choice of exam centre during filling the application form. After completion of application session, the exam conducting authority will release the list of exam centres including date and time for each centre. B.Tech students are eligible to apply for civil services exam.
In order to be eligible candidate should be graduate in any stream.
You can go for B.tech degree later on you can appear for Civil services exam.
Both have good scope in the future it all depends on your skills and interest.
