Bachelor of Management Studies is an undergraduate program for management studies offered by many universities throughout the world. It is a 3 year course. The course allows you to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to assume management positions in a wide range of organizations.
Eligibility : minimum 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Fees structure : 1 lakh to 5 lakh.

Bachelor of Management Studies does not entitle you to a certain specific field as B Com does. BMS, as it is shorty said, is a 3 year course and gives a broader scope of corporate world. B Com deals specifically with terms and topics related to finance and accounting only, while BMS covers all different fields like Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, etc. If you are determined to take up management as your subject in masters , then you should go for BMS.
