There is no NEET entrance for undergraduate admission in january month, there was one only for post graduate admission this january on 7th and undergraduate entrance exam will only be on 5th may,2019 (sunday).study smart , you have ample time, good luck buddy

NEET UG 2019 exam will be conducted only once a year by National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam will be conducted on May 5, 2019.

I do not know from where you what information about the January exam but as per NEET UG 2019 you need to be prepared for your examination which is to be held on 5th June 2019 and on no other date
