Coiling refers to the rounding off the coil twice to its original number of terms. If the coil is doubled, so the length is doubled and so the resistance directly proportional to length, so the resistance is also doubled.
As the formula for power is given by p=i.i.R.t, shi the value of power also gets doubled.
